We hope that all Andes residents and supporters will find a warm and friendly virtual spot to talk about dreams and projects that will strengthen Andes.

We expect that everyone comes with good will, clear minds, and careful fingers. We understand that passions can run high about ideas and that communicating online sometimes allows us to forget that there are real human beings at the other end of our comments. Let's not forget that.

Let's please talk with each other here with the most respect, the most kindness, and the most gentleness we can. We're all here because we love this community and we want to make it even better than it is. We may have different ideas about how to get there, but we've all ultimately got the same goals.
